About me
A 90's kid, a traveller, a story listener, a empath.
When I’m not immersed in design, you’ll find me cycling through the city or planning my next adventure. Traveling isn’t just about places—it’s about the people I meet, the stories I collect, and the perspectives I gain along the way. I love the spontaneity of the road, whether it’s a new destination or a deep conversation with a fellow traveler.
At home, I immerse myself in stories through books, movies, and anime—each offering a unique window into different worlds. I find joy in experiences that inspire and connect, whether it’s a great film, an engaging conversation, or a quiet moment with a book. Life, to me, is a journey of discovery, and I’m always eager for the next chapter.

My career journey
Formal education
With a background in commerce, my career path initially seemed destined for the business world. However, I never pursued a traditional role in the field. While my formal education provided a strong foundation in analytical thinking and structured problem-solving, my true interests lay elsewhere—design. This realisation set me on a path of continuous learning and exploration beyond my academic qualifications.
Design influence
Surrounded by friends and family in creative fields, design naturally became a strong influence in my life. I pursued certifications in Interior Design, which led to over four years of experience at an architectural firm. My passion for spatial aesthetics and visual storytelling deepened when I specialised further in architectural & interior visualisation, eventually transitioning into freelance work for three years.
UXing since 2020
The shift to UX came in 2020 when the pandemic disrupted my freelance business. Seeking a new direction, I pursued specialisation in UX and secured my first role as a UX designer at a design studio where I primarily led UX for a adverting DSP. This transition marked the beginning of my deep dive into user experience design. Further I thought myself HTML,CSS & bootstrap and coded my first UX portfolio.
My journey at IBM ix
Since joining IBM iX in 2022, I’ve shaped UX across banking, telecom, product management, and manufacturing industries, tackling complex enterprise challenges. Beyond project work, I’ve led enterprise design thinking workshops, supported DesOps activities, mentored early UX professionals, and championed internal design challenges and got acknowledged by the Chief Design Officer.
A T-Shaped UX generalist
Design is a multifaceted discipline, and my expertise extends beyond crafting intuitive experiences. My T-shaped skill set is built on a strong foundation of design principles, industry knowledge, and problem-solving frameworks, complemented by a broad understanding of business strategy, emerging technologies, and consulting practices.
From leveraging industry-specific insights to applying design methodologies and frameworks, I navigate complex challenges with a balance of depth and breadth. My experience spans multiple domains, incorporating the latest technologies and business perspectives to create impactful, user-centered solutions.
Design (thinking)
Design is more than just visuals—it's about solving problems with intention. My approach is rooted in systems thinking, ensuring every interaction is purposeful and intuitive. I focus on crafting user-centred experiences that balance usability, accessibility, and delight, while aligning with broader product and business strategies.
People (collaboration)
Great design happens through collaboration. I thrive on working with cross-functional teams, facilitating discussions between business & management stakeholders, developers, and researchers to align on a shared vision. By fostering co-creation, I ensure that user insights and business goals translate into meaningful and scalable solutions.
Business (objectives)
Understanding business objectives is key to delivering impactful UX. I approach design with a strategic mindset, ensuring that every decision supports user needs while driving measurable business outcomes. Whether it’s optimising workflows, improving conversions, or streamlining processes, I design with both users and business growth in mind.
Technology (enablement)
Technology is a powerful enabler, but its success depends on how users interact with it. I work closely with developers and product teams to design intuitive experiences for emerging technologies, from AI-driven solutions to enterprise platforms. By grounding innovations in real user needs, I bridge the gap between technical feasibility and seamless usability.
